Inside a LiFePO4 Forklift Battery:
Four Key Components

A LEO LiFePO4 forklift battery is built from cells bundled into modules. The modules and the BMS (battery management system) are housed in a steel case, and a T-BOX telematics unit inside the BMS supports remote monitoring via SIM, GPS and cloud.

LiFePO4 Forklift Battery Safety:
Validated by 40+ Design Verification Tests

LEO LiFePO4 forklift batteries undergo more than 40 design verification (DV) tests, including overcharge, over-discharge, nail penetration, crush, short circuit, high/low temperature, drop and fire tests. The LiFePO4 cells operate from -20°C to +55°C.
